well im new and hope to make a 4x4 mower out of an old rear engine snapper eventually, as for now I am hoping to learn a way to do this and off road mowering in general. I am member of heymow so I understand some of the mower techical terms. Hope to soon have pics of a build comin dont know yet tho.

I understand a rear engine mower is good becasuse of the weight on the back wheels but what about a front engine any good for offraod?
