more of a question than a statement but how would i go about puttin 4 wheel drive on a mower any ideas chris? i was thinkin run a live axle in the back and kinda the same on the front with 360' turnables at the ends(excuse the fancy talkin) run the front offa the electric pto (mower deck starter)
to have the front and back work together the gaer ratio on one of the back gears would have to match the one in the front.
the front would gave to be gaer wayyyy down due to the pto going so fast.
just an idea any more on it?

There's a few threads around here that discuss the different ways to go about doing this. search for 4x4 or four wheel drive

Just because you move up in a class doesn't mean that you'll "loose" the "race", it just means that you're building a better, more capable machine.
