I have a craftsman lawnmower.
It has a 11 hp Briggs
Head had been shaved .020
Frame has been reinforced
front end welded solid
locked differential
on axle mechanical brakes

I like those tires as well. The bumper looks like an old truck leaf spring? pretty neat idea.

ya its a trailer leaf spring and it comes in handy. Tipping over dead trees like birch, it knocks right over. The tires are front atv tires
