haha sorry caveman, I usually read up on my cell phone when I'm working, and forget to check back in when I get home 3-6 days later. since my kid started walking(at 12 months), the time at home has gotten a bit more ummm, focused? I think people are having hard times right now with the storms all over the South East, it'll pick back up once peoples lives get back to normal, I know Chris is having Moving issues, so he's busy as hell right now! my buggy hasn't been touched in 3 weeks, all I need to do is make a chain tensioner... not a big deal, but Time is so limited. well I'll follow up later Caveman, keep the fires lit.

Hi  ryf,   Hope your day is going well for you,

I  tried to reply and while  I  was having so much fun - - - - -- -    I  knocked  my cup of juice  down on my keyboard.,   ha ha - - - - NOW  THAT is LOTS-A FUN.      killcomputer        bigsmile         Well - - - --  after  I took it apart and put it back together  four times and still could not get it to work.        On the fifth time  I really started  to get with  it .     Upon a closer examination  there were several printed circuit   lines  that were black - - - - - -  cinderized.     omg        Well - - - - -   NOW   I  had to use this  BRAND  NEW  Brain   to get this piece of junk working  again - - - -if possible.      whistling        Aha  - - - - -A  soft lead pencil  and a straight edge.     eyebrow

Us  cavemen know that graphite  is dug out of the ground  and lightening   sure follows it.     Lead pencils  also has  THAT stuff in them so  I now have a half - way working keyboard.     No numbers  so  I missed some lines or  I  smudged   the pencil  lines with these big fingers of mine.   bigsmile           Friday is my storeday - - - --  twentytwo miles one way  - - - -so  the new keyboard will have to wait.       LOTS OF FUN. bigsmile         Oh   - - - - - - that brand new brain is one that has never been used.        bigsmile     SEE - - - --  It  has lots of miles to go before it wears out   - - - - -  Sooooooo  lucky .

Still not approved to upload pictures.    bigsmile

      Have  a good one,                     Norman

Oh man Norman, you're too much :haha:

Yeah, I'm having some slight moving issues. A nightmare is more like it. I got my grass cutter running and moving under it's own power again so I can drive it up onto a trailer to make my life a little simpler when moving - only for it to decide it doesn't want to start anymore. It has some serious electrical issues and no matter what I fix and replace it won't start without jumping the solenoid. Even then, it decided it no longer wanted to shut off the other day - just my luck.

Hopefully I'll have everything in my storage shed soon, so I'll be a little less panic stricken.

Just because you move up in a class doesn't mean that you'll "loose" the "race", it just means that you're building a better, more capable machine.

Already have. I replaced the switch, checked the sensors and even replaced large portions of wiring and still nothing. I got it to start and shut off again (I don't know what I did) but I dunno how long it's gunna last. Come spring when I need to mow again, I think I may strip it down to a pile of parts and do a whole wiring job on it.
