Hey guys I just wanted to talk about spindles for offroading, how do you make them and do you have drawings? any info would be great.

Your best bet would be to buy some aftermarket ones, but it wouldn't be too hard to make 'em either.

Looks good, just make sure that you build it tough and make sure it conforms to the rules.

I'd say they are ok.. I'd say make the top and bottom flanges are thick, and the loop underneath might need to go.

(assuming its for steering) you might want to move that to a more traditional side mount. not because your way won't work, but dragging it across a high point going quick might turn the tire out and give you issues. (like a wrist injury or a rollover if you aren't holding on tight through a turn) if its not for steering then I'd remove it.

You may want to consider additional ground clearance too... what size tires are you planning to run on the front Danny?

hey danny i have a cub cadet that would break any fabed spindle i put on it the solution was to use trailer spindles available at northerntool.com
