I came across this on Brian millers Tractor pulling site.....




I think it's a good idea but dont know how good it wil work or do you require a approved tether from a company?

That's a good idea for a homemade tether. Only thing we require is one that'll actually work, that seems to fit the bill thumbup

Right, we cant say no till we can prove its unsafe. I have used kill switches like that when i tractor pulled, they work very well. Biggest thing i see wrong with it is the pin has to be pulled straight out, so location of it so the pin will be pulled instead of bent over would be critical.
