your gas tank looks like an overflow tank with the feed at the top confused

Yes it is. I bought this at walmart for $10 They are really used for coolant tanks for cars. I have 2 of them for gas. I am going to just take silicon and fill the hole.

BTW, Getting ready to paint it any ideas on color?

maybe test it before you paint it (fill it with water shake it around drop it then fill it with gas and let it sit overnight)after all that i am a big fan of real deeeeep blue colors smile
