This tranny came with my junk haul and i have no clue what it is, apears to have F-N-R and thats it.  It has a 5/8input shaft.  The only useful stuff on the ID tag is: Huffman Manufacturing Company, Dayton 1 Ohio.  4846 7010  and 7526B

i remember i had a little mower, like a Rugg, that had a trans like that.

Is it any good?  I didnt check the ratio yet but if its strong inside could make a good race tranny.

I have no idea, the mower we had ours on was too fast stock to cut grass with. I would will it apart and see if it has steel gears, if so it might turn out the be a great trans.

I did a little googleing and all i could find was that the huffy bike company did make lawnmowers/parts and they made this, i just cant find anybody who would carry or know about parts.
